Finally our first win in this league. Wasn't nice weather. Foggy and cold but we managed it!

5k indoor rowing time set

Had my first time at setting a 5k rowing time. It was very hard work. Mostly keeping away boredom!

Not sure I'll try that one again!! Not looking forward to the Jan round - the gut buster - 10k!!

New mile personal best - 6:58.0
Very pleased to get it under 7 minutes - however it was hard work
Have entered it into the concept 2 challenge series and will have to wait to see were it puts me.

Slick ego's bring home more Silver wear

Weather - V.V.Wet (Under statement!!)
Teams - 21
Classes - 1 x Pro's (Our team), 1 x Thunder
Slick Ego's Team - Steve, John, Pat, Scott, Amanda
Qual - 12th Overall - 2nd in class
Result - 8th Overall - 2nd in class

Good results team Slick ego's. Unfortunately a few technical problems prevailed first position but that is Endurance racing. Most important thing was keeping it on the black stuff and gaining no self inflicting damage. Which we achieved. Just a pity that that Bucks cant sort out a few problems with karts. We'll get the top step next time. Bring the next challenge on.
